Visa Information - Australia

VISA TYPES

Short Stay Business Visas - provide for a stay in Australia of up to 3 months for business purposes. This visa allows you to take part in meetings or conferences on behalf of your business in your home country, and also allows you to take part in some short-term projects or events. If in doubt, the purpose of the visit should be discussed with the Australian visa office overseas. A non-refundable Australian Government application fee is charged.

VISA PROCESS

CONSULATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Signed hard copy of your resume (with special emphasis on your role/contribution in each of the projects).
  • Photostat copy of all degree certificates & mark sheets, copy of transcript, if necessary.
  • Date of birth certificate / school leaving certificate.
  • Photostat copy of additional qualification certificates (in Computers).
  • Declaration form filed and signed
  • Copy of (Any two - These documents have to be obtained from your current employment and previous employments in any) :
  • Appointment letter,
  • Appraisal/Promotion letter,
  • ID Card,
  • Payslip of last two months (This is must)
  • Certificate from the employer/reporting officer, along with their original visiting card (Reference letters)
  • Form 16-A (IT deductions) given by the employer,
  • Any other document confirming your work experience.
  • All the previous employment certificates stated the exact duration of the services.
  • Passport in Original.
  • Passport xerox (All entry pages).
  • Australian Visa Application form number 1066 duly filled by you
  • Your overseas client references : Pls. mention name of the client, name of the client manager you were reporting to and the telephone number.
  • Signed Offer Letter in duplicate (indicating your (acceptance).
  • Colour Passport size photographs with white background.
  • Marriage Certificate xerox ( FOR MARRIED CONSULTANTS ONLY)
  • Passport in original and PP size photograph (4 copies) of spouse and children.
  • Birth certificate of spouse and children xerox.
  • Software training certificate IS A MUST.
